Role: Ensure new belivers are nurtured and connected to the church

Responsibilities: Develop plan for following up with people who make decissions for Christ; Connect new believers to small groups, descipileship programs or mentors; Provide resources like Bibles, study materials, and next steps for faith growth; Coordinate baptisim classes and other steps toward full church participation
